I have been working with Amy since July on changes with my relationship with food. Over the last few years my weight had increased and I felt it really wasn’t possible to make the changes. I had attended Amy’s HIIT class prior to COVID and knew she had her own fitness business. I always left her class feeling strong and knowing I did something good for myself. After losing touch during COVID, I found myself feeding my feelings and using food and alcohol as my way to cope with all that I faced working in a hospital during this time, as well as habits, I picked up over the years.
