I love the variety of classes Amy offers. Every workout is different; I'm not sure we've ever done the same workout twice! I also like the flexibility of in-person, Zoom, and on-demand workouts. Amy's enthusiasm and encouragement, plus working out with others in the in-person classes, make it fun.
I really appreciate the workout community that Amy's building. Since I'm retired, regularly working out with others during this challenging time gives me something to look forward to and it's fun. Plus, I've met new, interesting people. We share laughs and groans, especially when she says, "give me 5 burpees and 5 pushups!" I had some knee issues last year, so one of my goals is to increase my strength and mobility. Amy's been very helpful through my "knee journey," suggesting safe modifications and exercises. As I age, it's important to me to be mobile, strong, and positive.

I had reached a plateau in my races and participating in Amy's classes have taken me to a new level where I've gotten stronger and faster. Amy's classes have all been very fun and she mixes things up a lot to keep things interesting and obtain a whole body workout. Some of the monthly challenges can be very difficult in the start, but by the end I'm amazed at how much easier it is and how much stronger I've become. Her push up challenge was one such challenge and pushing to failure was always hard.

I've been taking her virtual classes and am OBSESSED! I was super slow to adopt virtual classes, I just didn't think I'd like them. But I love 'em. It's just soooo easy to squeeze one in between meetings and I'm burning about 500-600 each 45 min class. I've already lost 15 pesky pandemic pounds since I started her program. Highly recommend signing up for a couple of free classes to see for yourself.

I started working with Amy when the gyms closed down during the pandemic. I continue taking her group HIIT classes at least weekly and it's part of my new fitness lifestyle. She is so effective, positive, flexible and engaging that you can't help being inspired. I love that she works with a variety of athletes and active folks of many backgrounds, ages and goals.

I have been working with Amy since July on changes with my relationship with food. Over the last few years my weight had increased and I felt it really wasn’t possible to make the changes. I had attended Amy’s HIIT class prior to COVID and knew she had her own fitness business. I always left her class feeling strong and knowing I did something good for myself. After losing touch during COVID, I found myself feeding my feelings and using food and alcohol as my way to cope with all that I faced working in a hospital during this time, as well as habits, I picked up over the years. I finally had a “big girl talk“ with myself and Amy came to mind. I searched her out on Facebook and reached out to her. After a chat over the phone, I decided to commit to her nutrition coaching. She guided me, listened, gave me the tools to change these habits that got me here in the first place. I have lost 15lbs since starting with Amy in July and I feel so good and thankful that I reached out to her. I am now transitioning to attending her boot camps and I know I have the tools that I learned from her nutrition coaching to continue on with my health journey. I can not recommend her nutrition coaching enough. Thank you for setting me on this great path of health. This will be the first time in many, many years that I won’t have the New Years resolution to lose weight. I’m happy and strong!
