Live Virtual Classes:
TOTAL BODY HIIT (High/Low Intensity Interval Training) Saturdays 9AM MST (Live Virtual)
This class is 45 minutes of heart pumping cardio intervals, body weight strength training and core. It requires no equipment except some space and a mat. I offer several levels of intensity with modifications to accommodate all levels of fitness. You will build your cardiovascular strength and endurance, muscle strength and core. Get ready for a good sweat!
CARDIO/CORE Wednesdays 5PM MST (Live Virtual)
This class is 40 minutes, it is a heart pumping class with cardio intervals for 20 minutes and then ending with 10 minutes of core (5 min warm up, 5 min stretch/cool down). Your heart rate will stay elevated to increase your cardiovascular strength and endurance. The last 10 minutes of core will challenge all your core muscles gaining strength and core stability. You will need some space and a mat. Get ready for a good sweat and a core torch!
In Person Classes:
MIGHTY MUSCLE IN-PERSON OUTDOOR BOOT CAMP Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:30AM & 6PM (In Person)
This is the only in-person class I offer in northern Colorado. It is an hour long class filled with cardio, strength and core training. It is a total body workout that will challenge you, make you stronger, faster and more functional. The workout is always different and fun. Sometimes we use equipment or play games. It's a great way to make new friends and get fit at the same time!
Classes Available On Demand Only:
CORE TABATA On Demand Only
This class is 30 min of core torching intervals! You will build core strength and stability which is so important for functional and recreational activities. It consists of a 5 min warm up, 20 minutes of tabata rounds and 5 min cool down/stretch. All you need is a mat and as an option you can use a dumbbell/hand weight for some moves but you don’t have to have one. Get ready for a good core burn!
BUTTS & GUTS On Demand Only
This class is 45 minutes of targeted moves to strengthen your posterior chain and your core muscle groups. This class requires no equipment unless you would like to hold weights on some of the moves as an option. Let's get stronger!
BALANCE/STRETCH/MEDITATION On Demand Only
This is a 45 minute class that will spend 20 minutes on balance and stability work, then 15 minutes of a total body deep stretch and ending with 10 minutes of guided meditation, relaxation and deep breathing. You will feel relaxed and refreshed and ready to take on the rest of your day! This is a no equipment class except for a mat.
FOAM ROLLING/MOBILITY/RESTORATIVE YOGA 15/15/15 On Demand Only
In this 45 minute class you will learn how to safely foam roll, increase your total body mobility and ease into restorative stretches and relaxation. We will spend 15 minute on each to help you recover from your weeks workouts. You will need a foam roller, a towel or belt and a mat. Your body will thank you!
RESTORATIVE YOGA On Demand Only
This 45 minute class consists of 5-7 restorative yoga poses. Each pose is held 4-5 minutes. The poses are chosen to give your major joints and muscle groups a deep and relaxing stretch. This style of yoga is great for recovering from the weeks hard workouts and to relieve stress. You will need a mat and 2 bed pillows. After this class you will feel restored and relaxed.
STRENGTH TRAINING On Demand Only
This class is 45 minutes of strength training with weights. It is a total body strength training class that will build precious muscle and make you stronger! You will need a mat, and some weights. Your weights will vary by muscle group and can be dumbbells and/or a barbell. The more options you have the better but we can make it work with what you have. Some of the workout can also be done without weights using your body weight as an option and modify as needed. Get ready for a good muscle burn!
DANCE FITNESS On Demand Only
Everyone knows that dancing makes people happy! Many use it as a strategy for improving mood and releasing endorphins that bring about good feelings! It doesn't matter if you have a background in dance or even know anything about it, anyone can enjoy a dance fitness class. I love to dance and I'm super excited about offering this format.
The music is fun and versatile, the moves are easy to learn and you will get your heart rate up and sweat! The whole class is low impact and it challenges your mind body connection and coordination to fire those neurons in your brain.
HEAD TO TOE 45 On Demand Only
This 45 minute class combines strength training with weights and cardio intervals. It is similar to a boot camp style workout that challenges all aspects of fitness, muscle and cardiovascular strength and endurance, core strength and even ending with a short savasana/meditation! All you will need is some hand weights and a mat. Get it all in within 45 min, it's effective and efficient!
